I’m Back!

It has been over a year since I have posted on my blog! I can’t believe how quickly time passes as I get older. Within the last year I have traveled to Australia, got a new job, been promoted 3 times, shown my work at Art in the Park in Stouffville, raised $250 for CAMH and have moved to the city! It has been a year of change and growth. I am so grateful for the adventures I have accomplished. I love my job, have a partner whom supports my art and have traveled the globe!

I will make a commitment to be more active and show my new body of work. I am currently working on getting an Etsy account to sell my art work to the world!

If you would like to see up to the date art, adventures and accomplishments please follow my Instagram page at @taraoconnorartist

Here’s a preview of my new work…ART RESIN JEWELRY!

Thank you to all of my followers for continuing to support my journey! <3

#OneBraveNight 1 Week in

cityspace

I am creating art every day until April 6th. In hopes to bring awareness to Mental Illness.

1 in 5 Canadians will suffer from one form of Mental Illness in their lifetime. That’s 4 children in a class room of 20! That’s a lot of suffering.

If not handled correctly, Mental Illness can be deadly, it can consume your life, your everyday move, your thoughts and your feelings. I have been there. I suffer from Manic Depression and I am taking a stand against it and taking control of my life.

I took the #OneBraveNight challenge because I want to inspire hope for people living with mental illness now – and to defeat mental illness. By making a donation to my One Brave Night, you are helping CAMH improve access to care, conduct research to find better treatments, and build more spaces for healing.

This is our chance to step up! Please donate generously and help me reach my fundraising goal.lennon
